How to Organize and Rearrange PDF Pages
Use one visual page board to build a custom sequence from one or more PDFs and apply every required page-level adjustment.
Build a multi-source workspace
Add one or more PDFs, then use the source drawer to understand where each page originated.
- Add source documents as needed
- Work from one visual page grid
- Use source labels to avoid mixing similar pages
Create the final sequence
Drag page cards into order, then use selected-page actions for orientation, removal, or duplication.
- Reorder directly on page cards
- Reverse a backward scan sequence
- Apply bulk actions only after reviewing selection
Organize versus focused tools
Use Organize for combined edits; use a focused tool when only one operation is required.
- Merge appends complete files
- Rotate changes orientation only
- Delete and Extract use simpler selection semantics
- Duplicate adds adjacent page copies
Common organization mistakes
Complex arrangements require a final visual review before processing.
- Check the first and last pages
- Confirm copied pages are intentional
- Review source labels and rotations
- Keep the original PDFs
