Word to PDF Guide

Prepare a compatible DOCX, convert it in one step, and review the PDF when layout precision matters.

Focus
Use one valid DOCX up to 10 MiB
Best For
Common document structure and formatting are retained
Tip
Review complex layouts before sharing the PDF

Prepare the Word document

Use the final DOCX version and confirm that it opens normally before starting the conversion.

  • Save older DOC files as DOCX
  • Keep the upload below 10 MiB
  • Remove macros or unsupported embedded content

Convert and download

Upload one document, start the conversion, and keep the browser tab open until the PDF is returned.

  • Do not submit the same file repeatedly
  • Use Cancel if you need to stop
  • Use Download PDF if automatic download is blocked

Review the result

Common content is preserved, but Microsoft Word can use layout behavior that a PDF renderer must approximate.

  • Check page and section breaks
  • Review tables, images, and links
  • Verify unusual fonts and floating elements
